  • Moka pot
  • Saucepan
  • Mason jar or Coffee mug
  • Milk frother or whisker


  • Dark roasted espresso powder
  • Almond milk (Makes Drink Healthy And Vegan)
  • Vanilla extract
  • Store-bought pumpkin puree
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Maple syrup (Can use sweetener of your choice)
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice


  • Brew double shots of espresso using a Moka Pot. Allow it cool
  • In a saucepan, add ½ cup of almond milk and add the pumpkin puree to it.
  • Whilst stirring, add 4-5 drops of vanilla extract, sweetener of your choice, and ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spices.
  • Turn off the stove. Using a milk frother or blender, froth the almond milk mixture for 35-45 seconds.
  • In a mason jar or coffee mug, add the brewed espresso and the frothy milk mixture. Give it a good stir.
  • To top off your beverage, add frothed milk foam and sprinkle it with cinnamon powder.


  • You can also pull an espresso shot with a Nespresso or a French Press.
