Brew 1 ounce of espresso using the espresso machine. (You can also pull an espresso shot with an AeroPress, Moka pot, or a French Press.)
Add steamed, frothy milk to the espresso and stir well. Allow it to cool.
Put the Oreo cookies inside a plastic zip-lock bag and finely crush the cookies.
Now in a coffee mug, drizzle vanilla and chocolate syrup generously.
Pour in the espresso and milk mixture.
Add a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream to the drink.
Top off the drink with heavy cream and crushed Oreos
For a better experience, you can refrigerate the cookies and cream latte within an hour or so.
