Equipment

Ingredients

  • Espresso powder
  • White chocolate syrup
  • Vanilla syrup
  • Milk of your choice
  • Ice cubes
  • Heavy cream

Instructions

  • Firstly, brew 2 strong shots of espresso using the espresso machine.
  • Add the white chocolate syrup to the espresso and mix well in a cocktail shaker. This will create a caramel-colored solution.
  • Take a serving glass and add the ice cubes.
  • Pour the espresso and white chocolate syrup mixture into the glass.
  • Now add your choice of milk and stir.
  • Whisk the heavy cream and vanilla syrup together until it forms white peaks.
  • Top off the beverage with the heavy cream and vanilla mixture.

Notes

  • You can also pull an espresso shot with a Nespresso or a French Press.
  • A tall serving of the iced white chocolate mocha contains 75 milligrams of caffeine and approximately 150 milligrams of caffeine in a grande or venti serving.
