Ingredients

  • Espresso powder
  • Milk
  • Chestnut Praline Syrup
  • Pecans (Optional)
  • Whipped Cream
  • Brown Sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Firstly prepare the praline, in a pan add 4 tablespoons of butter. Allow it to melt. Add brown sugar and give it stir. Add the pecans to it, giving a sticky mixture. (Optional)
  • Now brew double shots of espresso. Set aside.
  • Heat your favorite milk into a pot at about 159.8°F or 71°C.
  • While steaming milk, add a few drops of vanilla extract and use a milk frother until it gives bubbles.
  • Now in your latte glass, pour the espresso and the steamed milk.
  • Add ready-made chestnut praline syrup and bits of homemade praline.
  • Finally, generously add some whipped cream to top it off.

Notes

  • You can also pull an espresso shot with a Nespresso or a French Press.
