Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

A cold brew variant of the famous pumpkin spice latte. Best known as the Starbucks Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte, created with espresso and milk. The pumpkin puree, spices, and sweet maple syrup give its taste.

Equipment

  • Serving Glass

Ingredients

  • Dark roasted espresso powder
  • 2% milk (Use oat milk or almond milk for vegans)
  • Maple syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • Ice cubes
  • Pumpkin puree
  • Pumpkin pie spices
  • Sweetener of your choice (optional)

Instructions

  • Brew double shots of espresso using a Moka pot and allow it to cool.
  • In a blender, add the espresso, ½ cup milk, pumpkin puree, ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice, and maple syrup.
  • Blend the ingredients until you have a bubbly and frothy mixture.
  • At this point, taste the mixture. If you feel it needs to be sweetened, add the sweetener of your choice.
  • In a serving glass, generously drizzle some maple syrup and add 4-5 ice cubes.
  • Pour the mixture into the glass or coffee mug.
  • To top off the drink, add whipped cream and sprinkle a dash of pumpkin spice. (Avoid whipped cream if you are looking for a healthy version)
