- Roasted espresso powder
- 5-6 Ice cubes
- 2% milk
- Sugar
- Water
In a saucepan, add 1 cup of water and 1 ½ cup of sugar. Allow it to simmer!
Your syrup will be ready when the syrup shortens to a viscous mixture.
Pull a double shot of espresso using the Nespresso or espresso machine. Allow it to cool!
In a shaker, add the sugar syrup, espresso, and ice cubes. Give it a thorough shake.
In your serving glass, add ice cubes. Using a strainer, pour the shaken espresso into the glass.
Add 2% milk to the glass and watch the layers blend.
Give the drink a good stir before sipping and don’t forget to enjoy.
