Iced Cappuccino
An iced cappuccino is a caffeinated beverage with a large amount of milk and frothy foam on top with added ice for a soothing experience in hot summers.

Ingredients
Dark roasted espresso powder

Milk
5-6
ice cubes
Sugar

Vanilla syrup
(optional)
Instructions
Brew double shots of espresso using your espresso machine. Allow the coffee to cool.
In a saucepan, heat milk and add the vanilla syrup. Stir continuously.
After the milk comes to a boil, remove it from the stove and separate 4 ounces of milk. Refrigerate this milk.
Now in a mason jar or a long glass, add the ice cubes.
Pour the espresso and the remaining milk into the jar. Give it a good stir.
Run the separated cold milk through a milk frother until it is light and fluffy. This will take about 7-8 minutes.
Scoop the froth and add it to your iced cappuccino.
Notes
You can also pull an espresso shot with a
Nespresso or a French Press.
